As part of our commitment to provide exceptional service and reliability to our customers, BoldChat/Bold360 will be conducting service maintenance on the following date and time listed below. Our team will be taking all appropriate actions to minimize service interruptions during this event.
Date and Time: March 13, 2021, 07:00 AM to 09:00 AM UTC.
Purpose: This maintenance is to ensure and maintain system performance and stability.
Duration: All maintenance will be performed within the 2 hour maintenance window.
What to expect: At any point during the maintenance, Bold360 Agent US customers who are utilizing BoldChat/Bold360 interface will experience following disruptions for a period of 20 minutes.
- Operators will not be able to login.
- If an operator is already logged in at the time of the activity, they will get disconnected.
- Any visitor in an active chat will also be disconnected, If they type any messages and try to send them, it will not be received by an operator.
- Visitors will not be able to start or end a chat.
No historical chat conversation data will be lost and it will again be available after the maintenance is complete. This maintenance only impacts Bold360 Agent US customers.
