As part of our commitment to provide exceptional service and reliability to our customers, BoldChat/Bold360 will be conducting service maintenance on the following date and time listed below. Our team will be taking all appropriate actions to minimize service interruptions during this event.

Date and Time: October 03, 2020, 05:00 AM to 07:00 AM UTC.

Purpose: This maintenance is to ensure and maintain system performance and stability.

Duration: All maintenance will be performed within the 2 hour maintenance window.

What to expect: Any customers who are utilizing BoldChat/Bold360 will experience a 120 minute period of service disruptions with the Remote Control feature. However, there will be no impact to other product functionalities.

Scheduled - As part of our commitment to provide exceptional service and reliability to our customers, BoldChat/Bold360 will be conducting service maintenance on the following date and time listed below. Date and Time: September 19, 2020, 03:00 AM to 05:00 AM UTC.

Purpose: This maintenance is to ensure and maintain system performance and stability.

Duration: All maintenance will be performed within the 2 hour maintenance window.

What to expect: Any customers who are utilizing the BoldChat/Bold360 interface will experience a 20 minutes downtime during the maintenance window. Active chat and In-flight sessions will be impacted. Operators will get disconnected if they are already logged in at the time of maintenance.

Visitors will not be able to start or end a chat until the failover is complete. No historical chat conversation data will be lost, and it will again be available after the maintenance is complete.
