Incident Report for BoldChat
On 04/30/2019, from approximately 14:41 until 14:55 UTC, a subset of Bold360 AI customers using EU touchpoints would have experienced difficulty logging in and using normal product features. We will conduct an internal investigation of this issue and make appropriate improvements to our systems to help prevent or minimize any future recurrences.
