As part of our commitment to provide exceptional service and reliability to our customers, Bold360 will be conducting service maintenance on the following date and time listed below. Our team will be taking all appropriate actions to minimize service interruptions during this event.
Date and Time: April 11, 2019, 04:30 AM to 05:30 AM UTC
Purpose: This maintenance is to ensure and maintain system performance and stability.
Duration: All maintenance will be performed within the 1-hour maintenance window.
What to expect: Any European customers who are utilizing the Bold360 interface will experience 30 minutes of downtime. Operators will not be able to log in until the failover is complete. If an operator is already logged in at the time of the maintenance, they will not be disconnected. However, they may receive errors when trying to perform actions, and anything they are viewing will not update until the failover is complete.
Visitors will not be able to start or end chats until the failover is complete, and any messages they type and send will not be received by operators until the failover is complete. No historical chat conversation data will be lost, and it will again be available after the maintenance is complete.
