Dear, Valued LogMeIn Customer,
As part of our commitment to provide exceptional service and reliability to our customers, LogMeIn BoldChat will be conducting service maintenance in two phases. The following dates and times are listed below for each stage. As always, our teams will take all the appropriate actions to minimize service interruptions during these events.
Dates and Times: Friday, August, 31st 2018 between 10:00 PM to 12:00 AM CST: Backend Release and failover Monday, September, 3rd 2018 between 4:00 AM to 6:00 AM CST: Frontend Release
Purpose: Standard failover procedure from our Chicago data center to our new Las Vegas data center. This is to provide a better and more scalable service to our customers and to provide the General Availability (GA) release of our BoldChat 14.1.2 and Bold360 Agent August update 2.
Duration: All maintenance will happen within the 2-hour windows.
What to expect: We estimate there will be a 15-minute period that operations will be interrupted during the failover process. Operators will not be able to login until the failover is complete. If an operator is already logged in at the time of the maintenance, they will not be disconnected. However, they may receive errors when trying to perform actions and anything they are viewing will not update until the failover is complete.
A visitor in an active chat also will not be disconnected. However, any messages they type and send will not be received by an operator until the failover is complete. Visitors will not be able to start or end a chat until the failover is complete. No historical chat conversation data will be lost, and it will again be available after the maintenance is complete.
